We want each and every player to enjoy their experience as part of the GLRHP team; everyone on the team is expected to put the best interest of the team first, before any thought is given to individual accomplishments. Players are expected to give maximum effort in practice and during matches/tournaments. We want individual players to reach their ultimate potential all the while enjoying the HP team experience. We will take every opportunity to coach and demonstrate teamwork, sportsmanship, and respect for coaches, officials, teammates, opponents and others. We understand that this teams purpose isn’t to be developmental, but also looking to give the HP/All-Star experience with collegiate level coaching philosophies, all the while showcasing the elite level of talent from the Great Lakes Region at the USAV Region All-Star Championships.
